I don't know when the last time he was on MAMEWorld, but I am sure it has been many many years, probably at least a decade. It's been so long the email address registered to him here is likely not working.

If you're trying to use desmatic's EasyCab, I expect you may be trying to get MAME for MS-DOS working. My advice is that you stop, use current MAME, Windows 7/8/10, and much newer PC hardware than what the report indicates you're trying to use.
Based on a quick look, if the report is correct then your NeoMagic Corp. NM2200 MagicMedia 256AV hardware is many many years obsolete and yet there still may never have been DOS drivers for the soundcard.
