To be clear though, Sean Riddle is on the DU and he seems to be the only person on the planet who dumps handheld game epoxy blobs for mame. He might be only 1 person but he's 100% of the dumping of all the blobs I think for most handhelds/game and watch. Klaus and ClawGrip have done some with LeapPad etc. Also on the DU.
The biggest issue with DU buying specific things is finding them. It's not a big deal to buy some handheld with someone's money, it's that they need to find the item for sale themselves. Arcade heads on the DU aren't going to spend hours and hours their time finding games they aren't interested in, because that isn't fun and this is a hobby, not work.
People can also just buy the undumped games themselves and send them in, maybe even straight to Sean.
