It's simple to use: Just stick that in a folder, open a command line prompt (on Windows 7, in Explorer hold Shift and press Right Mouse to open a menu and choose command line from there), then type "youtube-dl [video address] -f best" with no quotes.
Also, it works on a LOT of other sites, including ones that are not for kiddies. Hint hint.
