When setting the controls for a game in MAME, could someone please remind me how to get the "not" prefix? For example, if you look at the default controls, "Reset Machine" is set to "Kbd F3 Kbd Shift" while "Soft Reset" is set to "Kbd F3 not Kbd Shift". How does one manually produce the "not"? I thought you pressed Enter and pressed the (un)desired key twice quickly. If I try to do just that, MAME simply erases whatever I had set and returns with "None". Does anyone know the correct method? Thanks.
