Original arcade modes

I'm trying to make arcade perfect original video modes such is 320x224 for Sega with the Nvidia Display control on Windows. But very low resolution modes are blurry and have small image sizes. With AdvanceMAME the resolutions are good but have pixelization without doubling the resolution. I'm not trying to use the games on CRT but in normal pc monitor.
