Star Wars 'Arcade' is the Model 1 game. There's still some debate as to if it was even called "Star Wars Arcade", and not "Sega Star Wars" however, plenty of sources indicate only the 32X version was called Star Wars Arcade, to show that it was a port of the Arcade game. Some others say that the Japanese flyers or cabinet explicitly call the Model 1 game Star Wars Arcade (but none of the ones I've found do, at least not in English)
