i've tried to check the files contained in Game Tree Zip file, and yeah, the sprites are available.
Same thing for some other games like Outlaw (halved in two but can be puzzled), Destruction Derby(4 parts) and Death Race (same).
also talking about Death Race, two years ago someone did a "almost 100% nailed" simulation of it
