having tested the set, I actually retract the statement
not based on the 'sepia' background, but based on the tanks on the bridge this is actually the same difficulty as the version on the DX board
basically there are 3 rough releases it seems (and multiple revisions of each)
Regular - Sepia hi score background, regular tanks on first bridge Easy - Coloured hi score background, regular tanks (and generally different enemy placement) Hard - Sepia hi score background, red tanks on bridge
so yeah, while the evidence given as to why it was a 'hard' set was incorrect, it is infact a harder set.
