Canvas Croquis 2 player mode flip screen issue

Just wanted to point out that the game «Canvas Croquis» flips the screen in 2 player mode even if you set the dip switch for the game to "Upright" instead of «Cocktail». I think there are other games with the same issue. I used MAME v. 0.200. If someone wants to try and confirm it...
