What are the best video settings for mame for a 49 inch screen?

the screen and my video card supports 4k but having a 4k image its not imperative. i just would like to know which settings do i need to have a proper image on 49 inch screen. by proper i mean without any "softening" or rounding of the fonts and sprites. i tried literally every combination i knew of , but the image still looks too.."fat" and rounded than what i would like to see
