MAMEWorld Forums - Programming - Help mapping devices

First timer here. I've been trying to map my devices. I've taken the X-arcade + 360 ctrlr.cfg file and added the devices I have to map them

When I launch Mame from Launchbox, sometimes random games will crash when initially loading. I've narrowed it down to the ctrlr.cfg file. I switched my default to the original X-arcade + 360 cfg file and there are no crashes.

I've included my file. If someone can take a loot and provide feedback, I'd be grateful.

BTW, I had named the file default and called for default in the mame.ini file. I renamed it once I switched over to the original x-arcade + 360 cfg. So that's why the name is different on the attached file.
