I've been having this issue as well from time to time. Not just with embedded vids, but with regular text only posts. It's got to where I'll do Ctrl+a, Ctrl+c, then post without preview... If it goes to the error screen/page, I'll first open up the forum/section index in another tab to see if it actually did post. If not, then I'll try again and hit Ctrl+v.
This can get very frustrating especially if you've made a long, thought-out post.
If it makes any difference, I mostly use Chrome (or Chromodo if I'm posting from home and not work).
