It's custom... the border is similar in style to the Namco Galaga bezel... the horizontal lines from the original bezel... the color scheme made to match the marquee.
Pacific Arcades created it, and it has been one of their more popular products, as a lot of cabinet owners like the updated design, since "the original is boring."

(Well, faded original... the bezel should be the same red as the control panel and backplate. Well, almost, those are both also faded. Should be the same red as in the Bally Six-Pack bezels.)
