"Virtua Fighter Kids" background graphics corruption

Hello.

I hate to disturb you all again. I am having an issue playing "Virtua Fighter Kids (JUET 960319 V0.000)" on MAME 0.195.

When I select my character and proceed into the first fight, the graphics in the background are corrupted, whereas the character models are fine.

I will attach an image to this thread so that it will be a lot more clearer.

Is this part of the "Video emulation isn't 100% accurate" message, or it is an issue that can be fixed?
