I have that graphics card. Works fine here.

Radeon Software Version - 18.2.3
Radeon Software Edition - Adrenalin
Graphics Chipset - AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
Memory Size - 2048 MB
Memory Type - GDDR5
Core Clock - 1100 MHz
Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit)
System Memory - 8 GB
CPU Type - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz

Be sure update the graphics driver. https://support.amd.com/en-us/download Put it on custom on the installer and then set it on clean install.
