Sigh... and to think I was coming here right now to apologize for my knee-jerk reaction last night... should have done it a couple hours ago, when I was first planning on it.

I just thought it ironic that, for example, if you look at your libretro thread (which I see you just updated the original post today)... quote: "I don’t mind as long as you credit me. Use, Orionsangel. Send me the link afterward."

Other people in the same area do the same thing: e.g. On Derek Moore's Black Tiger video: "Thanks to Krakerman and Orion's Angel for elements used in the creation of these bezels." Then go through his other videos, and you can find stuff he lifted from here. Again... completely talented individual, and a lot of his stuff is very original, but he "picks and chooses" who should get credit. In fact, there's at least one video he has where he talks shit about this place. Highly hypocritical if you ask me... in a nutshell: 'you guys suck, but I'm going to take the stuff I like and use it in my own stuff.'

I'm tiiiiiired of "emu-politics"... OMG. Over 18 years, and crap like this still goes on. That's why I recently took a break.

"I" don't want the credit... credit "the many team members who have contributed to MAME Artwork," with a link to the page would be fine. That way, someone can then see the original file that you used the artwork from, and see in the notes who did the actual work.

"I" do this for free, and for fun. I don't get paid for it, I don't ask for any money for it, there are no links on my site to ask for donations, other than actual scans of artwork, or if a person will allow me to come to where they are, to scan artwork. No YouTube channel; no Twitter; no Instagram; no Facebook; no Patreon. Never cared about internet notoriety. It still happened (weird), but only because of quality of product and word of mouth.

So back to the original topic of this post: I was coming here to apologize for my knee-jerk reaction last night, and to say "hey, I really like some of the Console Overlays you did over at EmuMovies... would you be okay if I add some of them in when we start adding "MESS-type" artwork." And I"m still saying that.

But then you wrote the one sentence: "Actually all my videos give credit to Mr. Do"

In other words, you're insinuating I was lying, or was visually impaired last night, when I wrote my original post. I must have been mistaken that starting at Part 11 there was no credit. That's just not cool.

Thank you for updating all of your videos today, along with wherever else you made edits to various message-board posts to add-in what was not there last night. As mentioned above, don't credit me personally; word it more like I have it above.

And then we can just put this misunderstanding behind both of us and move forward in harmony? That would be nice. I came back to work on more artwork... not worry about all this other stuff.
