First off, it's NOT made by the shitheads at DotEmu. This is a properly emulated port made by Code Mystics, the same team that ported the newer KOF games to Steam. So that's one very strong point for it. This is a port of the PS4 console port.
So whatever it is, it's not going to be running off the hacked off Nebula DotEmu still uses.
