Up and Down have a small tilt with arrow as you can see here. Not talking about the big arrows.

Anyway the arrows look something like this but better than this picture. Middle of those switches there is a small box in the middle.
Edit: Well... Blown me down. The arrows on this artwork is very hard to see. Those are there.
