Granted, a lot of other emulators don't have nag screens like that, they tend to include a text/help file showing which games are fully supported, which games are playable but with issues and which games are buggy or not working at all. That said, a lot of emulators also don't emulate 30000+ machines, such a text file showing the full details of every single system and game emulated in MAME would be absolutely huge.
