Update for 0.188 version, this is the web page for download: progetto-SNAPS MESSINFO.DAT.

For MAME users: put the file "messinfo.dat" in a folder called "\history".

* 10.34 01/08/2017: Aligned files to 0.188 version.
* 10.33 30/07/2017: Added versions were are added the device (from version 0.148u1 to 0.148u3).
* 10.32 27/07/2017: Start the correction of formatting and use of the blank lines in the file. This job will continue for the next few months.
