I was on the phone with hardware support a few days ago... At some point it was suggested that we get a new ethernet cable to get something to work the way it should (a card reader wasn't prompting to 'swipe', something about green lights vs amber lights, etc, whatever).
So, when I logged into FB here at work, I eventually came across an ad for... Ethernet Cables.
I never searched for, or went to any sites that even sell such a thing. I can only think it was due to the conversation I had with support..... Over the freaking phone.
