Nope, we branch for the release in the afternoon in either Sydney or Shanghai time (depending on where Vas Crabb is at the time). From that point, development continues as normal in the master branch, but other than that the release branch is frozen unless fixes for major issues (think: crashes, asserts, validation errors) come in, which get cherry-picked into the release branch.
