the cracked versions are part of history and should be documented too, but clearly marked as cracked versions.
the best thing to do for submitting original dumps however would be to use the contact forms on mamedev.org and possibly making a pull request on github adding the original image as a parent to the cracked ones (so current cracked sets become a clone of the newly added discs) if you want to speed up the process.
