What a strange request. Sounds like you're asking for someone else to do your own homework. In any case home ports are the ones at fault, they were released after arcade versions and they are dumbed down so you could sit for more than 15 minutes and to bare with the technological bottlenecks of the console. In any case you shouldn't be asking for MAME or whatever emulator to dumb down arcades, but for home ports to be accurate to their arcade real counterparts. Also emulating hardware features and greedy arcade operators raising difficulty settings to the max are totally unrelated between each other.
