A couple/few weeks ago, I was talking with this contractor about building something out of metal, and we got onto physical training. He said he'd played basketball in college, and that one of his friends was Sean Elliot, who told him that raw eggs were the ticket. I hadn't tried them, though as a kid the idea didn't bother me.
Note that any custard - like ice cream - has raw eggs in it. Guess what? They irradiate, or pasteurise, them to 'make them safe'. Both denaturing.
Anyways, so I decided to check it out. Online sources say it's very beneficial and salmonella is quite rare anymore. Okay, let's try it - and I liked it. I don't know as I got more out of it than cooking them, but it's convenient. I did mix it with (PLAIN) whey protein powder and almond milk, but.....obviously since I can drink my own jizz, straight raw eggs would be no problem.
Scifi frauds. SF illuminates.
