But even the 'alternative', 'progressive' chicks in other parts of the country, even the world, are pretty conservative in vision.

Bottom line is I'm not what any of them is looking for because I'm not part of the world.
Neither are they what I'm looking for. I haven't met a person of either sex in about seven years who's moved me. People are typically real nice - but just not very interesting in the way I think of interesting. Or parts of some of 'em are, but they're on prozac and shit, and can't keep their quarters squared away, etc.
Then there's my physical preferences: pale, brown-eyed, brunette, thick an curvy. Tall if possible. Hard to come by. Hah.
Even my FWB is pretty mortal: she was mostly lez for over two decades before she stumbled on me at a party, but she's still heavy in the Feminism camp. Plus, she has a permanent infirmity that keeps her from eating regular fare. I love to eat high-end food, and it ain't veg. She doesn't want a boyfriend/girlfriend gig, and she's not physically up to more than a once a week affair.
I might....might....find someone sensually compatible in Europe. I'm planning a trip to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, not for that reason but who knows whom I might meet?
