Scroll Lock on PC/Linux versions, Delete on the Mac (which doesn't have Scroll Lock). You can reconfigure that in the menu, and -uiactive 1 at startup will start up in MAME keys mode in case you have a laptop or Happy Hacker Keyboard or whatever that lacks the default keys.
