a) My list have only fighting games. Games like pack-man and other non-fighting have only a list of buttons and score, and this info can be seen in the History.dat. And with MEWUI, we can seen all the History.dat in game, so, it's the same information twice.
b1) Longhand and shorthand, they are two files in the archive.
b2) MEWUI supports shorthand version and all glyphs of MAMEPlus
I think that it's not necessary to add non-fighting games cause they doesn't have nothing to learn like Street Fighter games that have a lot of commands. And the most part of the info about non-fighting games can be seen on the History.dat.
But, this is only my opinion.
