Order of Crystal Light drink mix packets, because it's cheaper than buying at local store, and marginally more healthy than soda (and cheaper than good soda).
Shipped and fulfilled by Amazon, in Amazon boxes. Twice in a row they've sent a single box rather than the four that make up the single item ordered. This one was damaged, with 30 loose packets floating about the box with my other items.
They do manage to replace them without much trouble, after I've found the right choice on the site to start a text chat with their service center that, based on the names provided, is in India.
