Use the bat file in the "C:\msys64 or C:\msys32"

Or make your own.

SET CONFIG_ARCHITECTURE= "x64 or x86"
call "C:\msys64\win32\env.bat or C:\msys32\win32\env.bat"
cd "Your source folder."
make -j "Number for your system." TOOLS=1 SYMBOLS=0 "Add DEBUG=1 for debug build."
