yeah, they're pure TG16 / PCE games (same original game ROMs from the original factory etc.) rehoused in low-budget custom cartridges for a timer based PCE system.
there's nothing actually unique in the cartridges, no menu text, no menu graphics, just the stock PCE ROMs.
the cartridges are filled with some kind of epoxy substance, the edge connector is incompatible with a standard PCE, they run on a custom* (licensed?) motherboard made by a Spanish company.
The system has a timer and multi-slot support so you could cycle between a few games, there's no additional video display (just a timer / credit display?)
Really they're not THAT interesting, and are of debatable legality (the company that made them apparently claims they're legal, using original parts etc. but the developers of the various games claim they never licensed the games for use in this way)
* although system11 has said one of the boards is actually just a stock PCE board, with some bits replaced.
