Okie, I feel silly. I realized all I did was copy the mame executable into it's own folder and not the new artwork & hlsl folders that were compiled. Once I put those two folders in with the new compiled mame, everything worked fine Thanks for your help!

Windows 11 64 bit OS
Intel Core i7-10700
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 6GB
32GB DDR4 RAM
