I already put the dev build in it's own folder. I didn't copy any of my other folders over. I recompiled the mame.ini. I even recompiled the dev build. I still can't get them to work

Windows 11 64 bit OS
Intel Core i7-10700
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 6GB
32GB DDR4 RAM
