I went back and checked again: THESE flac files > don't show the art, but SOME do. It's possible the image is in a format Windows Explorer can't handle, like a PNG with weird compression - I've seen Windows Explorer choke while trying to create thumbnails for some of my images. Or maybe the image got messed up when converting them.
