It's not enough to pay $100 per month for cable and $35 for internet. You need to pay for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube Red, and CBSAA if you want to see what want to see. AND you need to be in the US.

And if that one works, expect to pay another $6 every month for each of ABC, NBC, and FOX.

Which of them is currently running a proxy service we can pay to be able to access all of these things worldwide for one price? Someone must be doing that, right?
