Question....was trying to play MK4 today and my Player 2 (LP) is mapped to my 'W' key.

All of a sudden I get this graphic (see attachment).

I searched my settings and I can't find any setting either in the game-specific, Other Controls, or User Interface options where the 'W' is mapped to anything other than P2 Button 5.

What is "offs = 000000"?

It causes the game to freeze on frame at which the key was pressed, but the game is still playing (audio) in the background.
