He was lucky the law intervened and rescued him from himself.
Had the law not intervened, he had plans to take advantage of himself once he got himself home. He was going to rape the shit out of himself, and then bring himself back and leave himself in a corner at a party, and no one would have been the wiser what had happened.
He was understandably upset and ashamed, noting that he's not that kind of guy, and never would have accepted a drink from himself if he knew he was capable of such a thing.
Word to the wise to make sure you know someone really well before accepting a party invitation or a drink.
