Read the first post, it tells you exactly what we're looking at in perfect English.
Presumably we're looking at "how the blitter is connected to the SH3", as in where the traces go between the two devices, now visible to the naked eye via X-Ray.
The left half of the image is a normal photograph and the right half is the X-ray with the traces visible.
Note I had nothing to do with this, yet still I am somehow able to deduce this information by reading the text and looking at the picture. What a doofus I am.
Of course for all I know the screenshot could be showing a different section of the PCB but that's not really important is it.
