PlayChoice-10 Problems

I had PlayChoice-10 games setup and working great. In a nutshell,I would launch a game, insert coin, press enter to select a game and then play...

Now, I'm just getting a black screen when I press coin or Enter/select.

Any ideas? I've tried a fresh MAME config and deleting my game cfg files...

Running 0.160
