FWIW, arcadeheroes does mention the platform when that information is available (they had an article recently on a US arcade finally getting a Taito "Nesica Live" system, where you pick a game to play and it downloads and runs), but it often isn't, at least not in system16.com levels of depth.
He does speculate given the look of the game, the fast arrival of a WiiU port, and the fact that the arcade is using console-like gamepads that it's a Wii U-based board though.
