I've compiled several time mame for android ,
and I meet every time the same errors.
the error are trivial to fix ,but I had to always re apply fix for them.
Some of them like #undef _C in netlist code have been
fix in the past by mmicko but the fix are gone in the actual code.
#undef _C -> src/emu/netlist/
#undef si_status -> src/mame/includes/n64.h
#undef PAGE_MASK -> src/mess/machine/samcoupe.c
I would be grateful if a MAMEDEV could fix this in the current code.
BTW , the new genie build system is very appreciable and
helping a lot for cross building.
