Why are you hiding the international wallpaper, MS?

So, new Windows 7 install, I told it to randomly use all the available images for Desktop background.

The full set includes "Landscapes" and "United States" along with some other stuff. But on searching the hard drive, I found sets for "ca," "au," "gb," and "za" that I had to drag into My Pictures to gain access to. They don't want me to know the world exists?
