mame64.exe, GLSL and AMD Catalyst Control Center - Fix the tearing issue. Here how.

To fix the screen tearing.

Open up the AMD Catalyst Control Center.

Go to Gaming tab.

Go to 3D Application Settings.

Click add.

Add mame64.exe

Click on the mame64.exe.

Go to Frame Rate Control.

Click on the Wait for Vertical Refresh.

Set it on Always on.

Click Save.

Should be showing this. No more tearing on the screen.
