Make no mistake - this isn't suggesting separation of "wheat from chaff", just adding further perspective on efforts to categorize all of it. Ah, that's too bad as it's going to lead to fragmentation in ways to handle it, among other things. I'm not sure it's clear why that position was taken, it seemed like a good time to capitalize on the issue, but so be it.
