Try playing all by yourself the 2-player simultaneous Pac-Man (playing as Player-1 & Player-2 at the same time) in Galaxy Games StarPak 2 [galgame2] and see how far you can get. I'd like to see Billy Mitchell beat the game playing like this without dying.
(You'll most likely want to use a controller that has two arcade joysticks. Using a keyboard or 2 joypads would seem quite difficult.)
