It's HyperSpin's version of the MAME.xml that only lists the parent set. You can see this if you open it in Notepad and view it. I'm unsure if anyone has bothered to do a 100% complete MAME.xml for HS usage. You can easily hook up another Frontend such as QMC2 or MAMELOAD TNG to view all the games rather easily.
