Changing button allocation on minipac

Total newbie here so please go easy on me!
I have a mame machine but wanted to hyperspin alongside mame.

I have it all up and running but I have a problem with my buttons. When I was running mame everything worked fine with no problems. When I load up hyperspin a couple of the buttons have the wrong keyboard function allocated to them.

Basicly my button 1 for player 1 is coming up as C. When it should be Left CTRL.

Any ideas on how or if its possible to correct this?
