Yeah, 1 over/1 under, or a checkerboard (like) pattern.
I did find these...

http://www.amazon.com/XXX-Main-Carbon-Fiber-Sticker/dp/B000X4L1TM/ref=pd_ybh_13
But I'm wanting something in either white or chrome (not exactly 'silver'). And every other sticker roll (any other color for instance) is in the freaking twill pattern.
I'll probably just go with this to compromise.
> And what do you want it for? To cover up a hole in something actually made of carbon > fiber?

I'm trying to make a replica of a sword (from a video game) that was designed by the same company/person (or whatever) that designed those knives.

More to see ^here.
------
Having found a 3D model of the High Frequency Blade, ripped from the game Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, I imported it to Blender, then imported/converted that file to something I could open up in Sketchup.
I needed to scale it to the correct size. Since the majority (from what I can see) Nemoto Knives makes most of their blades/knives in lengths measured in Millimeters, and at multiples of 10 (if not -then 5).
There is another replica of the sword in question, available on-line.... But, given that a good number of the aesthetic details don't quite match the in-game model - I'm prone to disregard the length that that particular model/replica goes by.
You've got to be kidding me!
Nope
48 inches?
38.75 inches
39 inches...
Low Poly indeed.
100 cm, or 39.3701 inches
So Damn close! The difference are subtle, but not an EXACT replica.
In the end(?) I'm going to guess that, to SCALE, the blade is 990 mm (or, about 39 inches). But I could be wrong.

If anyone else can come up with a different scale (e.g. Length) I'd appreciate to hear what you come up with, and your reasons why.
