(Don't overwrite existing Artwork) Armored Police Batrider is a Artwork file (from Mr. Do)
Copy together the Artwork/layer File (editing) to the main Artwork zip in your case: batrider.zip then you could put the Instruction Card simply on the Cabinet.
(for the clones of course the japanese/korea instructions)
...for Mame 32 UI or UI FX.

Yeah.. i thought you mean the Marquee Plastic Top, some Cabinets have.
You're right polymaster graphics are hard to find in a usable quality. Thats why i made the cabinets.... at least something is there.
