Absolutely NOT. "Yes" means "Yes" and NOTHING ELSE means "Yes" (granted a deaf or mute person would have to sign or nod, but... it would still be communicating a "Yes").
Not that I agree with the video in the slightest. Free speech and all. If you don't want me to tell you I think you're sexy, then I don't give a shit. No amount of donations can/will change that.
And the guy walking along with her, although creepy as hell, wasn't violating her liberties or any laws. Any woman who wasn't making a video would have either stopped, changed direction, or told the guy to fuck off.
